SHANNON MURRAY
Owner/Listing Specialist
Shannon is the founding partner of The Murray Morris Group and a top producing REALTOR® in Richmond. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management. Shortly after purchasing her first home at the age of 24, Shannon discovered her love for real estate. She began her career in 2010 during one of the toughest markets the industry had seen in recent years and has since remained a top producing agent year after year.
Shannon is truly passionate about serving her clients and creating lasting relationships with those she serves. Her negotiating skills and eye for staging and listing presentation are her strongest attributes and she averages over 99% of list to sales price for her sellers.
SCIDNEY MORRIS
Managing Partner/Buyer Specialist
Scidney serves as MMG’s Buyer Specialist. He graduated from Longwood University with a B.S. Degree in Physics. Scidney discovered his passion for real estate shortly after graduating and has excelled in the industry ever since.
Scidney was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. As a native to the area, he offers a wealth of local knowledge and insight about living in a city full of culture and deep-rooted history.
Scidney is committed to delivering a 5-Star experience to each and every client. He is confident that those who work with him will benefit greatly from the level of service he provides.
JESSICA STEVENS
Buyer Specialist
Jessica graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree in Merchandising Management and later a M.S.Ed. degree in Career and Tech Education. Her passion for design and helping others lead her to pursue a career in real estate after several years as a National Educator for a software design company in Charlotte, NC.
She enjoys educating others on the buying process while helping them find a place to call home. As a new resident to Richmond, she has fallen in love with the charm, food and family-friendly atmosphere across the city!
CHERYLL HUTCHINGS
Marketing and Administrative Manager
With a long career in helping others manage the "behind the scenes" operation of their companies, Cheryll joined the MMG team in 2015 with a desire to assist Shannon and Scidney as their business grows and flourishes.
